春巻

中華料理の点心の一種。肉や野菜など炒め調味した具材を、小麦粉を素材とする皮で棒状に巻いて揚げた料理。千切り豚肉・タケノコ・シイタケなどが一般的な具材だが、具材は多様。好みでからし醤油をつけて食す。

Spring roll

A type of Chinese dim sum dish. Stir-fried meat and vegetables rolled into a thin cylindrical shape using flour-based wrappers, and deep-fried. There is a wide range of variations in ingredients, other than the common shredded pork, bamboo shoots, and shiitake mushrooms. Served with karashi mustard soy sauce.
