ちらし寿司
チラシ寿司には2種類ある。ひとつは、酢飯に細かく切ったさまざまな具材を混ぜ、飾りつけに薄焼きの玉子焼きの細切りや海苔などを載せたもの。もうひとつは、容器に酢飯を盛り、その上に刺身など複数の具材を載せたもの。
Chirashi scattered sushi
There are two types of chirashi sushi. One is vinegared sushi rice mixed with various chopped ingredients, topped with shredded egg omelet and seaweed. The other is various sashimi served on top of vinegared sushi rice in a container.
