八宝菜

中華料理のひとつで、肉や魚介類、野菜を塩・醤油・酒などで味付けし、とろみをつけたうま煮。「八宝」には「たくさんの食材」の意味がある。

A Chinese dish, called Happosai, in which meat, seafood, and vegetables are seasoned with salt, soy sauce, and sake, and coated with thick flavorsome sauce. “Happo” means “many ingredients.”
